Keeping a car looking great is more than running it through the carwash. Dirt, tree sap, bird droppings and bug splatter bond into the paint and the interior if they're not handled properly. A carwash solves that on the surface, but drags fine sandpaper through the brushes — what you get is a paint system full of micro-scratches that show under direct light as spider-webs and swirls.
We work differently. At Car Cleaning de Admiraal we've worked entirely by hand for over ten years. Snow foam pre-wash to rinse loose dirt off, two-bucket method with microfibre mitts, drying with plush microfibre or a blower, polishing or a ceramic coating where needed. Each step with the right product per zone — wheels, paint, plastics and glass each need their own pH balance.

Every appointment follows a fixed flow. We work carefully and give you an honest picture of what's achievable up front.

Inspection & quote
We assess your car under LED light, walk through stains, swirls or other concerns, and confirm the final price before we begin. You know exactly what you'll pay.
- Step 02
Preparation
Interior: vacuuming into the seams, mats handled separately, jambs and vent grilles. Exterior: snow foam pre-wash, decontamination of wheels and paint, clay bar where needed.
- Step 03
Treatment
The right product per surface, at the right pace. Polishing, shampooing, ozone, ceramic coating — depending on what your car needs. Never one-size-fits-all.
- Step 04
Final check
Under LED inspection lights we walk every panel and every fibre. Only when we're satisfied do you get your car back — looking new, or often better.

How long does a detailing treatment take?
A Basic interior takes 1.5 to 2 hours, Premium 3 to 4 hours. A full Deluxe package with polishing and a coating, plan for half a day to a full day depending on your car's condition.
What if my paint has lots of scratches?
We measure paint thickness before polishing and give you an honest read. Surface swirls disappear with a two-step polish. Deeper scratches that have cut through the colour layer need spot repair — we're transparent about that.
Do you collect cars?
On request we'll pick up your car within Utrecht and the surrounding area — De Bilt, Zeist, Maarssen, Houten, Nieuwegein and IJsselstein. Ask during the quote about availability.
Can I book a combo?
Yes — combine an interior and an exterior package and you save €30. The discount applies automatically in the configurator as soon as you pick both.
